Digital class access
machinelearning.co.id provides digital classes through Learning Path. Once access is active, the material can be used immediately through the account.
Review period
If a technical issue prevents a purchased class from opening, contact us within 7 days so the access can be checked or repaired.
Limited refund
A refund may be considered when class access cannot be delivered and the issue cannot be resolved. Access that has been successfully activated and used is generally non-refundable because it is a digital product.
Consultation
A consultation can be rescheduled before the agreed session begins. Work already completed during a session cannot be refunded.

Include your account email, class or consultation name, and a short timeline so the issue can be checked quickly.
